Malcolm the Mountie appeared in UK adverts for Canadian brewery Labatts in the late 1980s to early 1990s.
He was portrayed by Tony Slattery.
He was a Royal Canadian Mounted Police Officer (Mountie) who in every advert would feature him doing what it took to drink Labatts lager and succeeding.
In 1990, a Christmas advert was aired featuring Malcolm asleep in his bed whilst Santa Claus places a can of Labatts lager in his stocking.
